High-strength all-weather containers of TVV type

TVV type containers are designed to store equipment in the open air for 5-12 years in any climate (arctic-tropics). TVV containers are designed with all-metal bottom and roof made of galvanized or stainless steel, which ensures high durability and allows the transportation by any kind of transport, including by sea.

TVV type containers are made by BTE in series and supplied under their own technical specifications TU 3433-001-88356101-2012 Annex C.

The design of the TVV type containers allows repeatedly unpacking and removal of equipment for interconnecting, system integration, incoming inspection, customs procedures, etc.

TVV type containers are delivered to the customer as pre-assembled structures (at this link show the packed containers in form of 2 packages) - see the packaging drawing.

The containers are supplied with fasteners and packaging materials (plastic film, silica gel, pads, etc.), which are shown in the packaging drawing and required for categorized packaging.

Packaging of the process control equipment in the TVV type containers does not require special equipment and takes less than 15 minutes.

ОЖ3 – equipment storage conditions as for environment climatic impacts according to GOST 15150.

Scope of supply is defined by the specification under the contract and the packaging drawing and additionally includes instructions for packaging, transport and storage.

Scope of supply can include the accessories (for example, a welding machine for two-layer polyethylene film, load-lifting device for installation of equipment in the TVV container, container sealing device, etc.).
